MODEROID AV-98 Ingram from "Mobile Police Patlabor 2 the Movie" — a snap-fit plastic model kit cast in color for clean assembly.

The heads of Units 1, 2, and 3 that appeared in the movie are all included, and each machine can be created by pairing the head parts with included water-slide decals for creating the markings of each machine. In addition to a normal state head for Unit 3, an ECM pod deployment state version for electronic warfare is also included.
